Hiring a life coach is a personal decision. It's important that you work with someone you feel comfortable engaging with. To help with that process, anyone interested in learning more about what coaching can provide is invited to book a free call. During this initial conversation, I will walk through a structured consultation to learn about you, your unique situation, and identify areas of opportunity to work through together. You don't need to do anything to prepare. Just come with an open mind and any questions you may have.

COACHING PACKAGE

If we both decide working together feels like a good fit, you may  elect to sign up for 1:1 coaching in packages of six calls for $750.

We will meet weekly for 1 hour over Zoom which allows me to work with clients anywhere in the country.

 

During our calls, I will be prepared to support you on any topic you would like help working through. Know that I will always be prepared with a coaching plan to fall back on should you feel overwhelmed or that you have everything under control.
